Defend Superblend has notes of vanilla and caramel with a mild natural sweetness.
How much should I use?
Defend Superblend contains botanical extracts that you may not be used to, so we always recommend starting with half to a third of a serving (i.e. 3/4 to 1 teaspoon) per day for a few days, and increasing over time to a full 1.5 teaspoon serving per day.
When should I drink it?
