Simple smoothies made with each flavor of JOYÀ Elixir Blends.

Ingredients

Choco-Berry featuring Calm Cacao Superblend

  • 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
  • ½ cup blueberries or blackberries
  • ½ a small banana
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds or protein powder
  • 1 serving (1 tbsp) JOYÀ Calm Cacao Superblend

Matcha Colada featuring Focus Matcha Superblend

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple
  • ½ a small avocado
  • Handful spinach
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds or protein powder
  • 1 serving (2 tsp) JOYÀ Focus Matcha Superblend

The ManGlow featuring Restore Turmeric Superblend

  • 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
  • ½ cup chopped mango
  • ½ a small banana
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds or protein powder
  • 1 serving (1 tbsp) JOYÀ Restore Turmeric Superblend

The Strawberries (or Peaches) and Cream featuring Defend Vanilla-Maca Superblend

  • 1 cup plant-based milk of choice (we like coconut for this one!)
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh strawberries/peaches
  • ½ cup steamed/frozen cauliflower OR ½ small avocado
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 serving (1.5 tsp) JOYÀ Defend Vanilla-Maca Superblend

Choco-berry smoothie made with JOYÀ Cacao Elixir Blend

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and no chunks remain.
  2. Pour into a glass (or bowl for a smoothie bowl) and enjoy!

Pro Tip: Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 24 hours. Alternatively, pour leftovers into an ice cube tray and use to make other smoothies.
