A scoop of Defend Vanilla-Maca Superblend adds a delicious vanilla-caramelly flavor alongside adaptogens and antioxidant-rich herbs and mushrooms like Reishi, Lion's Mane, Ashwagandha and Maca. And when the mood strikes, we love to add a shot of espresso for added caffeine and deeper flavor.

- 2 tbsp (20 g) cashews
- 1 soft Medjool date, pitted
